No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. Subject to federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
ELIGIBILITY: Each promotion is open to legal U.S. residents who submit a trivia answer through this web page and who are 18 years or older at the time of entry unless otherwise stated. You are not a winner until you have been notified as a potential winner, your eligibility has been verified, and you have complied with all terms of these rules. Entries will be accepted during an "answer acceptance period" for each trivia question. The "answer acceptance period" is roughly 62 hours; beginning the time a trivia question is announced on social media (usually 10am Pacific on Tuesdays) until 11:59pm Pacific on the subsequent Thursday. Winners are usually announced during the morning of the subsequent Friday.
CONTEST WINNER SELECTION: A winner will be randomly selected out of all qualified entrants from whom we receive an entry with the correct trivia answer during the "answer acceptance period". Winner will receive public recognition and choice of a single piece GK-branded merchandise offered at time of contest.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE: Winners will be notified at the email address provided on winner's entry form. Email notification: GK Machine will email notification and affidavit/release forms to the email address provided. Return of winner/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected out of all remaining eligible entries. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner.
PRIZES AND PRIZE TERMS: Prize pool consists of GK-branded merchandise - each GK-branded item has an estimated value of $25 or less to prize winner, $0 cash value. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of GK Machine. Prize must be picked up at GK Machine primary headquarters within 30 days of delivery of winner notification email. Any winner who does not pick up their prize within that time period forfeits his or her interest in the prize. GK Machine primary headquarters is located at 10590 Donald Rd NE, Donald, OR 97020.
DECISIONS AND WINNER NAMES: The decisions of GK Machine regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of a promotion shall be final and binding in all respects. GK Machine will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Contest Rules or in other materials relating to the promotion. Winner names will be released publicly on GK Machine's social media accounts and may also be posted on GK Machine's website at https://gkmachine.com.
