Job description - Paint/Painter Supervisor

Full Time ~ Day Shift ~ Starting wage from $22-$26 per hour, Dependent Upon Experience ~ 2+ years' Experience in an Industrial Paint Department, Supervision experience a plus

Working as an integral part of our Paint team the paint lead person will assist the managers to ensure production of all paint-related tasks. This position will be responsible for assisting in the direction and coordination of the activities and resources of the paint team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and daily tasks of the department, ensuring all team members know their responsibilities.
• Train and instruct employees on proper technics and procedures.
• Coordinate all paint process improvements and include other departments as needed.
• Manage the purchase and inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Oversee the maintenance and care of all tools and equipment.
